Stainless Core Polyurethane Screen Mesh Lightweight Tufflex Screen with Long Wear Life

The brightly colored material of stainless core polyurethane screen wire mesh is lightweight and smooth, making it much easier to handle during delivery, storage, installation, or removal. It possesses a longer wear life than higher tensile woven wire.

The performance differs from traditional wire, rubber, and poly screens due to a combination of the poly/wire construction and fully/partially weld features. Along with a longer lifespan, it also generates less noise than wire counterparts, with reduced sound from clashing objects on the screen.

This mesh produces less pegging and blinding, particularly among partially welded screens, as secondary vibration effects, smooth poly finish, and movement between wires prevent material from staying on the surface.
