Highly engineered high carbon manganese steel woven wire mesh vibrating screen mesh delivers extended wear life through superior material composition and manufacturing precision.
Woven wire mesh achieves its exceptional durability with highly engineered high carbon and manganese content. Manufactured with stringent wire opening tolerance of ±3% for precise material passing. Manganese steel mesh is produced from 1.6mm-12mm manganese steel wire using embedded (MN65-Q) weaving method, resulting in no prominent warp and weft overlapping points, flat surface, and uniform force distribution. The hardness ranges from HB180-230, offering excellent plasticity and toughness.
When subjected to strong impact and friction, the surface develops significant work hardening through plastic deformation, increasing surface hardness to over HRC60 for superior wear resistance while maintaining high internal plasticity and toughness. As the surface wears, new surfaces continuously form wear-resistant layers, extending service life to 4-8 times that of ordinary screens. Ideal for large coal mining operations and various screening applications including mechanical vibrating screens, drum screens, electromagnetic high-frequency screens, and asphalt mixer protective nets.
