Electric diaphragm pump is a new type of pump. 4. The medium flowing part of the pump body can be divided into cast iron, stainless steel and rubber lining according to user requirements. The motor is divided into two types: ordinary type and explosion-proof type (B3b).

Electric Diaphragm Pump Precautions For Use

1. It is strictly forbidden to install valves at the pump outlet, if it is necessary to install valves; a safety valve should be installed at the outlet, and the working pressure should not exceed 4 kg to avoid losses.
2. Refuel in time to keep the lubrication system running normally.
3. The ambient temperature of the pump during use should be less than 40°C, and the temperature of the motor should not exceed 75°C.
4. The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material.
5. When the conveying liquid is a medium that is prone to precipitation and crystallization, it should be cleaned and drained in time after use to avoid damage when it is restarted.
