Polyurethane Harp Screens

Our Polyurethane Vibrating Screen Mesh is available in fully welded, partially welded, and rectangular welded variations. The brightly colored material offers superior performance with these key benefits:

• Lightweight and smooth surface for easier handling during delivery, storage, installation, and removal
• Extended wear life compared to higher tensile woven wire
• Lasts over twice as long as traditional woven wire mesh

The unique performance characteristics stem from the combination of polyurethane/wire construction and the fully/partially welded features. The aperture shapes mirror woven wire with square or rectangular options.

• Significantly reduced noise levels compared to wire screens
• Minimized pegging and blinding, especially with partially welded screens
• Secondary vibration effects and smooth polyurethane finish prevent material buildup

The Tufflex screen system offers an aperture range from 1.5mm to 45mm, with wire rope diameters from 1.5mm to 12mm. Custom rectangular slots can be manufactured as fine as 0.7mm wide.
