Product Description

The 120-1600 3/5/7 Ply Corrugated Cardboard Production Line is a complete system for manufacturing high-quality corrugated board with production speeds ranging from 60 to 300 meters per minute. The line includes mill roll stand, single facer, pre-heater jar, conveyor bridge, gluing machine, thin blade slitter scorer, NC cut off machine, and auto-stacker.

Key features include:

  • Produces 3ply, 5ply, and 7ply corrugated cardboard
  • Working width from 1400mm to 2500mm
  • Multiple heating options: steam, electrical, or oil heating
  • Flute options: A / B / C / E / F (0.7mm to 4.2mm height, custom-made)
Main Mechanics (3 Layers)
  1. Mill roll stand: 3 electric drive units with expandable chucks and roll feed trolley
  2. Single facer: Vacuum adsorb type with Φ268mm corrugated roller and gimbal transmission
  3. Conveying bridge: Electrical adjusting deflection with adsorbtion tension
  4. Single glue machine: Pneumatic operation with VFC
  5. Duplex preheater: Φ600 with electromotion to enlarge preheating area (electric heating)
  6. Preheater: Φ600 with electromotion to enlarge preheating area (electric heating)
  7. Double facer: 520mm×11pcs hot plate with upper-lower intensive press roller
  8. Cool design department: Upper-lower intensive press roller with 6m channel length
  9. Conveying Belt: 2 high quality cotton belts
  10. Thin Blade Slitter Scorer: 4 blades and 6 scores with electrical adjusting deflection
  11. Cutoff: NC Cutter with Straight Blade
  12. Main transmission: 18kw with adjustable speed

6 GM-15 Gule Machine 1 Glue roller φ269mm, carved 25 line pit type mesh. With preheater device. Independent frequency motor drive. Circulating supply glue with PLC control. Man-machine interface display.
7 DF-40 Double Facer 1 Main frame is 400 mm GB channel steel. Hot plate 600 mm 9 pcs with plating chrom. 4 M cooling section. Adopt pressure bar lifting by pneumatic control. The upper and lower belt correct automatically. Temperature display. Frequency motor drive.
