It is available in a wide range of thicknesses from 25mm to 80mm and aperture sizes from 0.15mm to 200mm, making it versatile enough for everything from fine tailing recovery to coarse primary screening. The use of specially formulated polyurethane ensures a service life 3 to 5 times longer than metal screen panels and up to 5 times longer than rubber. The WS85 features a standardized pin and sleeve mounting system that ensures quick, secure installation and simplifies maintenance by allowing for the replacement of individual worn modules. The conical slot design facilitates a high opening rate while preventing plugging, ensuring that the final product reaches an optimal moisture content of 8% to 15% by weight. This model is particularly effective in coal washing plants and aggregate washing facilities where reliability and high throughput are essential.
