Before starting the high-frequency wall saw, complete comprehensive inspection and preparation to eliminate potential safety hazards and ensure normal equipment operation.
First, check the working environment. Confirm the cutting wall is free of hidden pipelines, cables, steel bar abnormalities and loose wall sediments. Clean up obstacles within the construction area, set up warning zones and isolation barriers, and prohibit irrelevant personnel from entering the working range. Ensure the ground is flat and firm for equipment placement and operation.
Second, inspect the equipment body. Check the high-frequency host, operating handle, transmission line and saw blade for damage, crack, deformation or serious wear. Verify the saw blade is intact, firmly installed and rotates flexibly without jamming. Inspect all power cables, plug connectors and waterproof interfaces for leakage, aging or damage to avoid electric leakage risks.
Finally, prepare auxiliary facilities. Connect the special cooling water pipeline, check the water supply pressure and water volume to ensure stable and continuous water output. Prepare professional protective tools including safety helmet, anti-cutting gloves, goggles, dust-proof mask and non-slip work shoes. Fix the mounting bracket and guide rail firmly on the wall with expansion bolts, and test the stability of the bracket to ensure no shaking or displacement.
After completing installation and fixation, conduct no-load debugging and parameter setting. Align the saw blade with the preset cutting line, accurately adjust the cutting depth, horizontal angle and vertical angle according to the construction drawing and cutting requirements, and lock the adjusting knob to prevent parameter deviation during operation.
Turn on the cooling water system first to ensure water flows evenly to the saw blade cutting position, which is used for cooling and dust reduction. Then switch on the power supply of the high-frequency host, start the equipment for 1-3 minutes of no-load operation. Observe the equipment operation status: check for abnormal noise, vibration, electric leakage and water leakage. Confirm the saw blade runs stably at a constant speed without jitter or deviation. If any abnormality occurs, shut down the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.
After normal no-load debugging, start formal cutting construction. Hold the operating handle stably with both hands, keep the body standing firmly and maintain a safe operating posture. Slowly push the saw blade to contact the wall cutting position, do not apply sudden force or impact cutting.
Control the feeding speed uniformly and slowly according to the wall material (concrete, brick wall, reinforced wall, etc.). For walls with dense steel bars, appropriately reduce the feeding speed to avoid excessive load on the equipment and saw blade stuck. Keep the saw blade running vertically along the preset cutting line at all times, do not tilt or deviate randomly, so as to ensure flat and neat cutting sections.
During the whole cutting process, keep the cooling water unobstructed all the time. Continuously observe the equipment operating temperature, sound and cutting status. If there is abnormal high temperature, sharp noise, severe vibration or saw blade jamming, stop feeding immediately, retract the saw blade to the no-load position, and then shut down the machine for inspection after the equipment runs stably.
When the cutting work is completed and the wall is completely cut through, stop the feeding operation first, slowly retract the saw blade from the cutting position to the safe no-load state, and keep the equipment running at no-load for 2-3 minutes to fully cool down the saw blade and host.
Turn off the high-frequency host power switch first, then cut off the total power supply, and finally close the cooling water pipeline valve. After the equipment is completely powered off and cooled, remove the mounting bracket and guide rail in sequence, carefully clean the sediment, dust and sundries on the saw blade, host and pipeline. Check the saw blade wear degree, and replace it in time if there is serious wear or crack.
Sort out the power cables and water pipes, place the equipment and auxiliary tools in a classified and standardized manner, and clean up the construction waste on the site to restore the clean working environment.
Operators must receive professional training and hold valid operation certificates before working. It is forbidden for untrained personnel, minors and personnel in fatigue, drunk or abnormal mental state to operate the equipment. Wear complete protective equipment throughout the operation, and it is strictly prohibited to work without goggles, gloves and safety helmets.
Keep a safe distance from the rotating saw blade, never touch the running saw blade with hands or tools to avoid cutting injuries. Prohibit standing in the cutting tangent direction and the falling range of wall fragments to prevent collision and crushing accidents caused by splashing debris.
It is strictly forbidden to start the machine with load and impact cutting. Sudden feeding and forced cutting will cause equipment overload, saw blade fracture or motor burning. The feeding speed must be uniform and stable during operation, and adjust appropriately according to the wall hardness.
Do not adjust equipment parameters, disassemble parts or maintain the machine during operation. Any adjustment and maintenance must be carried out after complete power off and stop of the saw blade. Regularly check the tightness of bolts and parts of the equipment to prevent parts from falling off during operation.
The cooling water system must work normally during cutting. Dry cutting without cooling water is strictly prohibited, which will cause rapid wear, high temperature deformation and service life reduction of the saw blade, and even cause blade breakage accidents.
Stop construction immediately in case of thunderstorm, strong wind, rainy weather and unstable wall structure to prevent electric shock, wall collapse and other safety accidents. The equipment shall be placed in a dry and ventilated environment, and long-term humid storage is prohibited to avoid circuit aging and electric leakage.
In case of sudden saw blade jamming, power failure, water cut-off and other emergencies during operation, keep calm, immediately stop feeding, retract the saw blade, cut off the power supply, and report to the management personnel for maintenance. Do not disassemble and repair the equipment privately to avoid secondary accidents.
