MDF has won the favor of many consumers due to its affordable price and good performance. However, the supply and demand imbalance of high-quality timber needed for MDF production is significant. To recycle waste wood, scraps, bark, and other resources generated during the wood production process, factories use a digester compression feeding device in production. This ensures that waste wood enters the digester smoothly, laying the foundation for smooth MDF production.
Common feeding devices have three structures: piston type, rotary valve type, and screw type. The screw feeding device has a simple structure, continuous feeding, and high feeding efficiency, and is currently the most widely used feeding device. The feed plug is formed under the pressure of the raw material and seals the feed inlet of the digester, preventing the raw material from being ejected due to excessive steam pressure inside the digester.
This type of motor consists of a motor, reducer, coupling, drive shaft, screw feed shaft, hopper, compression cylinder, inner plug tube, outer plug tube, anti-backflow cap, anti-backflow connecting shaft, and cylinder. (See figure.)
