The machine integrates a cutting blade, frame, hydraulic cylinder, base, auxiliary worktable, hydraulic system, and electrical controls. A protective pad—manufactured from nylon or soft lead—is positioned on the base directly beneath the blade to preserve the cutting edge. In operation, an operator places the rubber bale under the blade. Upon pressing the start button, the piston rod drives the blade downward along guide rails to sever the material. Upper and lower limit switches manage the directional control valve, enabling blade reversal and protecting the hydraulic cylinder head.
