How is single corrugated cardboard produced?
The Single Facer machine is composed of a paper roll holder and a single-sided corrugated forming machine, which plays a decisive role in the quality of the corrugated board.
First, the corrugated core paper is heated, and then the corrugated roll is used to make the required corrugated shape, and glue (starch adhesive) is applied to the corrugated peak and bonded with the single-sided corrugated paper to form single-sided corrugated cardboard. The heating methods of the core paper include steam heating, electric heating, and oil heating.
