The 20th Shanghai International Starch and Starch Derivatives Exhibition took place from June 15‑17, 2026, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. With a sprawling exhibition area exceeding 200,000 m² and a record attendance of over 120,000 visitors, the event solidified its position as a premier gathering for the global starch community. More than 2,500 companies participated, covering everything from raw agricultural inputs to advanced processing machinery.
