★ Brief Introduction
In the aluminum alloy molding process, the early wood, graphite has been replaced by heat-resistant felt. If you use a special high-temperature resin to harden, hardened after the carpet life than the original nearly doubled.
Our main product: felt roller,felt belt,felt strip,set of blanket,synchronous belt,etc. The product is mainly used in large-tonnage extruder matching step-by-step or translating cooling bed in the ultra-high temperature area, we can provide you special resin hardening process to improve product wear resistance, increase service life.

1.Polyester heat resistant up to 180℃

2.Nomex heat resistant up to 280℃

Application:First and second level cooling beds for extrusion production lines
4.PBO heat resistant up to 600℃

MATERIAL AND ADVANTAGES
