MDO stretching roller overview

The MDO (Machine Direction Orient) stretch roller is one of the core component of the biaxially oriented film production line (BOPP/BOPET), designed for the precise MDO stretching process of films. High precision surface treatment

MDO stretching roller surface is ultra-fine ground and hard coating treatment (such as Chrome plating, SCE coating, Teflon coating, ceramic coating or special alloy coating), the surface roughness can reach Ra≤0.2μm, reducing the risk of film scratches, while enhancing wear resistance and extending MDO stretching roller service life.
