Designed to replace traditional high-density grinding units, the machinery incorporates variable-frequency forced feeding alongside intelligent mechanical load control to optimize the defibering process.

The equipment offers exceptional feedstock adaptability across multiple manufacturing sectors. In paper pulping and fiberboard production, it processes chemical pulps, semi-chemical mechanical pulps, cold-soaked high-yield pulps, timber offcuts, sawdust, and crop residues including reeds, wheat straw, and cotton stalks. For specialized organic processing, the pressure grinding mechanism treats seaweed, tobacco stalks, and organic waste, converting heterogeneous feedstocks into high-grade organic fertilizers, animal feed bases, or clean industrial fiber.

During operation, an impeller mounted on the main shaft receives material from an enlarged screw feeder and accelerates it into the central breaking zone between two refining discs. Driven at a high rotational linear speed of 2,750 m/min, the slurry traverses through coarse and fine grinding zones in seconds, ensuring precise fiber separation before discharging into stock storage facilities. Custom-treated wear-resistant disc alloys guarantee operational stability across diverse raw material types.

Major technical upgrades include:

 1. Automated Main-Shaft Pressure Equalization: Delivers consistent mechanical force during fiber compression, increasing pass-through rate while protecting fiber length.

 2. Laser Sensor Gap Detection: Allows operators to monitor plate clearance visually and make precise adjustments during operation.

 3. Advanced Bearing System: Utilizes oil lubrication with integrated water cooling, wider bearing placement, and continuous thermal monitoring.

 4.Forced VFD Screw Feeding: Prevents feed surges and guarantees smooth volumetric throughput.

  5.Cast Steel Refining Housing: Engineered for long service life and high resistance against mechanical stress and abrasive wear.
