Screen application

1) The types of materials suitable for screening are: broken rock and gravel; limestone; iron ore; coke; sintered ore; kaolin and related materials.

2) Applicable sieve machine model: various vibrating screen machines

3) The maximum temperature of the sieved material is not more than 120 °, and the ambient temperature is -40 to + 60 °C.

4) It is most suitable for screening of materials with various particle sizes below 8mm.

5) Chemical resistance. Acids and bases are suitable for pH 4~9.

6) Maximum feed weight. When the screen is sieved horizontally, the thickness of material above the screen is not more than 5 times aperture.

Screen installation method and requirements

1) It is made of high wear-resistant material through the screen, in the installation and use of the screen, tensioning the screen is the key to ensure the screen setting.

2) Check the tension of the screen regularly.

3) Control the amplitude and vibration frequency to the appropriate level.
