This polyurethane screen mat is constructed with a steel frame and polyurethane surface, ensuring high tensile strength and superior wear resistance compared to woven vibrating screen mesh and perforated vibrating screen mesh.

Primarily used for dewatering of sand and gravel, this product is also known as polyurethane slot screen due to its narrow slot openings. The fine 0.1mm openings provide high efficiency and accurate dewatering performance.

Widely utilized for material dewatering applications, it also features a ramp design that maximizes screen washing capabilities.
