Polyurethane fine screen mesh is made of polyurethane sheet, offering abrasion resistance and significantly longer service life than woven vibrating screen mesh. The anti-blinding property enables screening of materials previously considered difficult or impossible to screen.

With extremely fine openings as small as 0.1mm, our polyurethane fine screen mesh is suitable for a wide variety of wet and dry applications. It features low noise operation and requires minimal maintenance while providing higher wear resistance and acid/alkali resistance compared to woven vibrating screen mesh.

Convenient hooks on both sides make installation onto vibrating screens quick and easy.
