The machine operates at a 15° inclination with a three-weir plate sediment pool design. The screw head immerses in this tank while rotating continuously via motor and reducer. Fresh water feeds through the porous plate at the tank bottom, effectively separating impurities from sand.

This sand washer improves material quality by removing stone powder and impurities from mixed sand. The impeller's continuous rotation in the water tank ensures thorough mixing, inversion, and washing of materials before dewatering and discharge.
