Mechanical stirring flotation machine working principle
When the mechanical stirring flotation machine is working, the sludge and the chemical are fully mixed and fed into the tank bottom of the first chamber of the flotation machine. The ore pulp is brought into the mixing area by the lower suction port and the upper suction port of the impeller respectively, so that the air enters the mixing area along the air guide sleeve, and the ore pulp, air and medicament are mixed here. Under the action of the centrifugal force of the impeller, the mixed pulp enters the mineralization zone, the air forms bubbles and is crushed, and fully contacts the coal particles to form mineralized bubbles, which are evenly distributed in the tank under the action of the stator and the turbulent plate. Cross section, and move up into the separation zone, enrich to form a foam layer, which is discharged by a foam scraper to form clean coal foam. The unmineralized coal particles on the bottom of the tank will be mixed, mineralized and separated again through the circulation hole and the upper suction port. Part of the pulp that is not sucked by the impeller of the flotation machine at the bottom of the tank enters the bottom of the tank in the second chamber through the medium ore box buried in the pulp. After completing the whole process of the first chamber, it enters the third chamber. The operation is carried out until the mine enters the last chamber and the flotation ends and enters the tailings box to discharge the final tailings.
