Anti-Stick Cooling Roller Introduction

The cooling roller, also known as a mirror water cooling roller, circulates cooling water to maintain temperature stability. In calendering film or tape coating processes, it prevents deformation by cooling the material before final rolling. In bi-oriented film production, this anti-stick cooling roller is strategically placed before the corona treater.

Flow System Structure

Expanded Single-Flow Cooling Roller: Features an outer shell, inner shell, and spiral baffle design. Cooling medium circulates through internal single-flow thermal pipes for efficient heat transfer.
Double-Layer Double-Flow Cooling Roller: Advanced design with dual-layer aluminum alloy recycling system. Offers higher efficiency with more complex production process and higher cost.
