Modern cooling rollers in bi-oriented stretch film production utilize two primary internal configurations:

Double-Layer Single-Flow: Features outer shell, inner shell, and spiral baffle design. The working medium (water/thermal oil) enters through a single-flow heat transfer channel for effective heat dissipation.
Double-Layer Double-Flow: Incorporates dual-path heat transfer channels for higher efficiency, though with more complex manufacturing requirements and higher cost.
