The working principle of suction couch roll is mainly based on the principles of vacuum adsorption and pressure difference. After being adsorbed onto the surface of the roller shaft, the moisture content of the paper significantly decreases through subsequent pressing and drying processes. This process not only improves the drying efficiency of the paper, but also enhances its physical properties.
