Crafted via HUATAO's signature open-cast polyurethane process, the Replacement WS 85 Modular Screen undergoes high-temperature curing that enhances molecular linkage, delivering exceptional strength. Its wear resistance is unmatched, lasting significantly longer than rubber or metal alternatives, which is critical for heavy-duty use in gold mines and copper ore processing.

Corrosion-resistant and tolerant of acids and alkalis, it thrives in harsh working conditions, from concentrate dehydration to carbon slurry separation.
