Working Principle
Inside the exciter housing, a drive shaft and a driven shaft are installed. Each shaft is equipped with a pair of eccentric blocks of identical weight at both ends. During operation, the electric motor drives the drive shaft to rotate, which in turn drives the driven shaft via a pair of gears to rotate in opposite directions but at a synchronized speed. As the eccentric blocks rotate at high speed, they generate centrifugal inertial force, thereby producing a directional exciting force that drives the screen machine to vibrate continuously.
By adjusting the rotational speed of the eccentric blocks or changing the number and position of the counterweight plugs, the unbalanced rotating mass of the system can be varied, achieving precise control over the exciting force and working torque.To ensure stable and reliable operation of the transmission system, the sealed housing is filled with gear oil, which provides continuous lubrication and effective heat dissipation for the gears and bearings, significantly reducing temperature rise and wear. This ensures that the exciter maintains smooth and reliable operation even under high-intensity, long-duration working conditions.
