Production Description:
Our hydrocyclone is built to optimize particle separation through a highly efficient centrifugal mechanism. The carefully designed structure enhances the interaction between slurry flow and internal pressure, resulting in improved classification accuracy. Its robust construction ensures resistance to abrasion and chemical attack, maintaining performance stability over time. The system’s flexibility allows it to adapt to various operating conditions, including different feed sizes and slurry concentrations. This versatility makes it a valuable component in modern processing plants.
The mining hydrocyclone separator is a high-efficiency classification and separation device widely used in mineral processing plants, coal washing plants, sand washing systems, tailings treatment, and grinding circuits. By utilizing centrifugal force, the hydrocyclone can effectively separate particles of different sizes and densities without any moving parts, ensuring stable performance, low maintenance cost, and long service life.
Mining hydrocyclones are commonly applied in gold ore, iron ore, copper ore, lead-zinc ore, lithium ore, silica sand, coal slurry, and tailings recovery systems. The equipment is suitable for classification, concentration, desliming, dewatering, and fines recovery in both wet grinding and beneficiation processes.

The slurry is fed into the cyclone tangentially under pressure, generating a high-speed rotating flow inside the cyclone body. Under centrifugal force:
This continuous separation process provides accurate particle classification and improved grinding efficiency.
Hydrocyclones are widely used for wet classification of particles ranging from 10–200 microns in mining and mineral processing operations.
Advanced cyclone structure design improves particle separation accuracy and reduces misplaced particles.
Simple internal structure ensures low maintenance requirements and reliable long-term operation.
Optional polyurethane, ceramic, rubber, or high-chrome liners provide excellent abrasion resistance for highly abrasive slurries.
Capable of handling high slurry throughput while maintaining stable classification performance.
Optimized inlet design reduces turbulence and improves operational efficiency.
Compact structure occupies minimal floor space and allows quick replacement of wear parts.
