Production Description:
This heavy duty mining hydrocyclone separator is engineered for continuous slurry classification in demanding mineral processing environments. The cyclone body is produced using premium polyurethane material that provides outstanding resistance against abrasion corrosion and chemical attack. It can efficiently separate fine particles from coarse particles by centrifugal force without any moving parts which greatly lowers maintenance requirements. The equipment is commonly installed in closed circuit grinding systems for gold ore copper ore lead zinc ore and lithium ore processing plants. Different inlet diameters and cone angles are available to match varying slurry concentrations and feed pressures. The hydrocyclone can also be customized with ceramic liners for extremely abrasive operating conditions.
