The service life of these mats is exceptional, providing 3 to 8 times more durability than metal-based solutions due to the inherent wear resistance of our specialized urethane formula. For coal washing and ore processing, the mats are typically provided in thicknesses of 30mm or 45mm, with custom slotted openings designed to maximize throughput while maintaining precise sizing.
