The Slotted Aperture Polyurethane Screen is the ideal solution for enhancing dewatering efficiency in sand and gravel processing plants. Unlike standard square holes, the slotted openings—typically ranging from 0.1mm to 2.5mm in width and 4mm to 16mm in length—are specifically designed to maximize water drainage while retaining fine solid particles. This high drainage capacity is essential for achieving a dry final product in aggregate production. Each screen is constructed with a wear-resistant urethane surface and an internal high tensile strength steel frame, which provides the skeletal support necessary to handle the heavy weight of wet sand and slurry.

Technically, these panels are designed to outperform metal alternatives by 3 to 8 times in total service life, especially in high-moisture environments where metal would suffer from rapid corrosion and blinding. The polyurethane material is naturally hydrophobic, which assists in the rapid movement of water through the slots. We offer these panels in standard modular sizes, such as 305mm and 500mm widths, and lengths up to 1220mm, ensuring they can be easily integrated into existing linear or circular vibrating dewatering machines.
