The Wear Resistant Polyurethane Lining Board is a versatile protective solution designed for chutes, hoppers, and other mining equipment that face constant impact and abrasion. In many processing plants, the "impact zones" where materials are discharged from feeders or crushers are the most prone to wear. Our lining boards are manufactured from specially formulated 90A polyurethane, which absorbs the kinetic energy of falling rocks and protects the underlying steel structures. These boards are often reinforced with a high tensile embedded steel frame or metal backing to allow for easy bolt-on installation.

Compared to traditional rubber or manganese steel liners, our polyurethane boards provide a service life that is 3–8 times longer, effectively reducing the total maintenance cost of the plant. They are available in various thicknesses (30mm, 45mm, and 50mm), providing a substantial "buffer" against the heaviest ores. Beyond impact protection, these PU boards also serve as effective noise and vibration dampers, which helps in creating a safer and more compliant working environment. With customizable dimensions up to 1220mm in length, these lining boards can be cut to fit any chute or discharge zone, providing a robust and long-lasting shield against the daily rigors of mineral processing and aggregate handling.
