Our sieve plates are engineered to survive this environment by using a heavy-duty, specially formulated polyurethane elastomer that absorbs impact energy rather than resisting it through brittleness. Each plate is supported by an internal high-tensile strength steel frame, providing the structural "backbone" required to support tons of falling rock without bowing or snapping. This combination ensures that the plate remains rigid while the surface handles the abrasion.

Technically, these plates are built for the heaviest duty cycles. They are often provided in the thickest available options, such as 45mm or 50mm, to provide a massive wear cushion. This results in a service life that is 3–8 times longer than manganese steel or wire mesh. The apertures are typically larger for quarrying but can be customized with tapered holes to prevent the "wedging" of sharp rocks (anti-plugging). Standard sizes include widths of 305mm, 500mm, and 515mm, with lengths extending up to 1220mm, ensuring compatibility with most primary and secondary vibrating screens.
