The Custom Aperture Polyurethane Screen is a high-precision tool designed for the specific grading and recovery requirements of gold and iron ore processing plants. In gold cyanidation or iron ore concentration, the efficiency of the screening stage directly impacts the recovery rate of precious metals and high-grade minerals. Our screens are manufactured from specially formulated polyurethane that is chemically resistant and highly durable. We offer customizable aperture ranges, allowing operators to define the exact slot or square hole size needed to maximize recovery while rejecting waste rock. The high-tensile embedded steel frame ensures that these custom apertures maintain their shape and size even under the heavy, dense loading of iron ore slurries.

Our screens offer a service life 3 to 8 times better than traditional stainless steel, which is a massive advantage in the abrasive environments of metal mining. For iron ore applications, thicknesses of 45mm or 50mm are often used to provide an extra wear buffer. For fine gold recovery, we provide slot openings as narrow as 0.1mm to 2.5mm, which are ideal for desliming and dewatering tasks. These screens are available in standard equipment-friendly widths such as 305mm, 500mm, and 515mm, and can be manufactured in lengths up to 1220mm to fit a variety of multi-deck sizing machines.
