The Durable Polyurethane Tensioned Screen with Reinforced Edge is a high-capacity screening medium designed for use on side-tensioned or end-tensioned vibrating machines. Unlike modular panels, tensioned screens must be pulled tight across a cambered deck, requiring extreme tensile strength to prevent stretching or tearing. Our screens achieve this through a high-tensile embedded steel wire core and reinforced edges or hooks that ensure a secure grip by the machine's tensioning bars. The specially formulated polyurethane surface provides an ultra-durable wear layer that protects the internal reinforcement from the abrasive impact of ores and rocks.

In heavy-duty mining and aggregate sizing, these tensioned screens provide a service life that is 3 to 8 times longer than that of standard wire cloth. This is particularly important for high-volume operations where frequent screen changes would be prohibitively expensive. We offer these screens in various thicknesses (30mm, 45mm, 50mm) and customized slot openings (0.1–2.5mm wide) to suit both dewatering and sizing applications. Standard widths of 305mm and 500mm, and lengths up to 1220mm, ensure compatibility with most major screening plant brands. The reinforced edge design ensures that the screen remains "active" across the entire deck, providing consistent grading and preventing material from bypassing at the edges.
