The Polyurethane Flip Flow Mat for Biomass and Wood Chip Screening Systems is an innovative solution designed to handle the unique challenges of processing organic and recycled materials. As the screen frame oscillates, the mats alternately tension and relax, creating a "trampoline" effect that throws sticky or lightweight material into the air, preventing it from clogging the apertures.

Despite being highly flexible, these mats are built for industrial endurance. The specially formulated polyurethane provides a wear resistance that is 3–8 times better than metal or rubber alternatives, which is vital when handling biomass that may contain abrasive sand or soil. While the screening surface is pure elastomer to maximize elasticity, the mounting edges are often reinforced with a high tensile strength steel frame or cord to ensure a secure fit on the machine. We offer these mats in thicknesses ranging from 30mm to 45mm, with custom slot openings designed for precise classification of wood fractions.
