Product Overview

The Flexible Polyurethane Sieve Plate is a high-performance screening medium designed for the efficient vibrating screening of fine ores, such as gold, silver, and copper fines. Fine ore screening is technically challenging because the particles often cause "blinding" or "pegging" on rigid surfaces. Our sieve plates solve this by using a highly elastic MDI polyurethane formula that provides a degree of flexibility. This flexibility, combined with the vibration of the machine, creates a self-cleaning effect that keeps the apertures open. To ensure the plate remains securely attached to the machine, it is integrated with a high tensile embedded steel frame, which provides the necessary structural support without sacrificing the elasticity of the screening surface.

The performance of these flexible plates is exceptional, offering a wear resistance that is 3–8 times better than stainless steel fine-mesh screens. The precision-engineered slots, ranging from 0.1mm to 2.5mm in width, allow for ultra-fine classification and high-recovery rates. These plates are available in thicknesses of 30mm and 45mm, providing a long-lasting wear layer for abrasive mineral slurries. They are compatible with multi-deck linear and high-frequency vibrating sifters, with standard sizes available to fit most global mining equipment.
