The design utilizes the natural vibration of the machine to induce secondary vibrations in the internal cords, effectively ejecting any trapped material from the apertures. This self-cleaning mechanism is particularly valuable in wet fine sizing applications where moisture-induced surface tension often leads to blinding in traditional screens. The panel is constructed from a high-wear-resistant composite bar frame, providing the structural strength of a steel screen with the wear-life of an elastomer. With a Shore A hardness of 85-90, it offers exceptional resilience and a service life 3-5 times longer than metal meshes. Suitable for mining, coal, and aggregate industries, this anti-blocking panel ensures a continuous, high-capacity screening process that minimizes manual cleaning requirements and maximizes operational uptime.
