Product Overview

This steel-reinforced tensioned polyurethane screen mesh is designed for high-capacity primary and secondary screening where durability and structural integrity are paramount. By integrating high-strength steel wire ropes as the core skeleton, this screen can support more than 2.5 times the weight capacity of traditional rubber sieve plates. The polyurethane coating provides superior abrasion resistance, lasting 3 to 10 times longer than manganese steel screens. To accommodate various equipment brands, the screen is available with nine different tensioning hook styles (Type 1 to Type 9) and flexible hook directions (Up, Down, or Mixed). One of its most significant industrial advantages is noise reduction; when compared to metal plates, these polyurethane screens can lower operational noise by 5 to 20 dB. The mesh features conical openings that prevent the adhesion of wet, fine-grained materials, effectively reducing the risk of plugging. With thickness ranges of 25mm to 45mm and a hardness of 80-90A, it is perfectly suited for handling large material drops and impact-heavy ores in the coal and aggregate industries.
