The modular design, featuring standard sizes like 305x610mm and 610x610mm, allows for independent replacement of panels subject to localized wear, significantly reducing maintenance costs and equipment downtime. The panels are produced through a rigorous process involving vacuum casting, degassing, and secondary vulcanization to ensure a dense, bubble-free structure with stable chemical and physical performance. With a hardness range of 80-90 Shore A and a tensile strength of ≥ 40 MPa, they can withstand the constant abrasion of sharp-edged minerals. The "self-cleaning" property is achieved through the material's high elasticity, which induces secondary vibrations that effectively eject near-size particles from the apertures, preventing blinding even in damp conditions. These panels are ideal for desliming and fine screening in mining, coal washing, and construction industries, where consistent opening rates (15.25%–46.51%) are critical for product quality.
