Manufactured by Huatao Group, these curved sieve bends utilize strictly selected Stainless Steel 321, which features a chemical composition of ≤ 0.08% Carbon, 9.0–12.0% Nickel, and 17.0–19.0% Chromium. This material grade is specifically chosen for its superior anti-corrosion and wear-resistant properties, ensuring the screen remains functional under the constant friction of abrasive paper pulp.

The technical core of this product is the detailed craftsmanship involved in the rolling and wedge welding process. The V-shaped profile wires are welded to curved support rods, maintaining perfectly spaced gaps that are narrower at the top and wider at the bottom. This trapezoidal wire cross-section creates a natural "easy permeability" effect, allowing water to drain rapidly while keeping pulp fibers on the surface, effectively preventing clogging and blinding. The structural integrity of the welded intersections allows the arc screen to withstand high-load industrial feeds without losing its dimensional accuracy.
