This composite medium integrates a durable polyurethane frame with precisely embedded Stainless Steel 316L wedge wires. This innovative construction seamlessly merges the high open-area drainage efficiency of polyurethane with the exceptional wear and corrosion resistance of metallic wedge wire.

The technical core is the hybrid design excellence. The polyurethane base provides flexibility and superior sealing, while the embedded wedge wires provide structural integrity and high filtration precision. The V-shaped profile wires form continuous slots that facilitate "easy permeability" and an anti-clogging performance, making them highly suitable for processing complex sludge and resin-heavy media.

These panels are rated for a maximum pressure differential of 2180kPa and an operating efficiency of 20–40 m³/hour. As a source factory, we support full customization of slot sizes (0.25–1mm) and dimensions (305 × 305mm or 305 × 610mm) to ensure a perfect fit in any industrial dewatering equipment.
