The workmanship involves wedge welding V-profile wires into a rigid cylindrical filter element. This design creates a continuous slot with "easy permeability," allowing liquids to pass through while capturing resin particles. The V-wire shape minimizes the contact area between the resin and the slot, providing an anti-clogging performance that is essential for continuous filtration cycles. These traps are designed to withstand a pressure differential of 2180kPa.
