Product Description:

Designed for fine particle separation this eddy current machine recovers copper and aluminum from PCB dust and milled circuit board material down to 1 mm in size. The eccentric magnetic rotor spins at up to 5200 RPM creating an alternating field frequency of 85 Hz which is optimal for ejecting small low-mass metal particles. The working width is 500 mm handling 0.8 to 1.8 tons per hour of fine PCB powder. A 1.5 kW drive motor powers the system using 380V 50Hz three-phase electricity. The belt is made from 4 mm thick anti-static polyurethane with a mirror-smooth surface to prevent fine particles from adhering. An industrial white epoxy coating covers the frame allowing operators to easily spot contamination or material buildup. The magnetic rotor is enclosed in a 2 mm stainless steel shell with welded seams to prevent dust penetration. The splitter baffle features a micrometer adjustment knob with 0.1 mm resolution for ultra-precise cut point setting. A vibratory feeder with variable amplitude ensures even material distribution across the entire belt width.
