Product Description:
This compact eddy current separator is designed for smaller WEEE recycling operations with limited floor space. The machine measures just 1800 mm in length 900 mm in width and 1300 mm in height making it suitable for installation in tight production areas. The working width is 400 mm processing 0.5 to 1.2 tons per hour of shredded electronic material. A 1.5 kW motor drives the magnetic rotor at speeds adjustable from 1500 to 4800 RPM. The belt is 4 mm thick anti-static polyurethane with a smooth surface finish. The frame is constructed from 4 mm stainless steel with a brushed finish requiring minimal maintenance. A manual splitter baffle with a simple locking lever allows operators to adjust the separation point in seconds. The magnetic rotor features neodymium magnets arranged in an eccentric pattern delivering a peak alternating field of 4200 gauss. This separator is ideal for processing crushed PCB scrap cable granulator tailings and plastic regrind from small electronics. The unit comes with a floor-standing frame and adjustable feet for leveling on uneven surfaces.
