In industrial production, heat transfer cooling rollers adopt two core internal structural forms: double-layer single-flow and double-layer double-flow systems, with water and heat transfer oil serving as the conventional heat exchange media. The two structural types differ greatly in internal layout design and manufacturing techniques, directly leading to obvious cost discrepancies in batch production and processing.

1. Internal Structure of Double-layer Single-flow Heat Transfer Roller: The single-flow cooling roller is assembled with an outer shell, an inner shell and matched spiral baffles on the inner shell wall. The heat exchange medium is injected into the internal single-loop heat conduction pipeline via the external pipe fitting and completes unidirectional circulating flow inside the roller. The medium flows out from the opposite side wall after full heat exchange, effectively absorbing and removing residual heat to achieve the equipment cooling effect.

2. Internal Structure of Double-layer Double-flow Heat Transfer Roller: Retaining the basic outer and inner shell structure with spiral baffles, this double-flow roller optimizes the internal circulation system and adopts a unique double-layer dual-channel circulation structure. The aluminum alloy roller body supports dual-path medium circulation. Water or heat transfer oil flows into the two sets of internal heat conduction channels for synchronous circulating heat exchange. It boasts remarkable heat dissipation and heat transfer performance, but the intricate production and processing technology inevitably raises its manufacturing difficulty and comprehensive cost.
