Product Description:

This eddy current separator serves the WEEE plastics purification market extracting aluminium labels foil and small metal inserts from regrind material. The machine operates with a rotor speed range of 1800 to 4600 RPM allowing operators to match the alternating field strength to specific metal types. The belt width is 800 mm with a processing capacity of 2 to 4 tons per hour for plastic particles sized between 3 mm and 25 mm. A 3 kW motor drives the rotor while a separate 0.75 kW motor powers the belt. The frame is constructed from 5 mm mild steel with a corrosion-resistant RAL 7035 light gray powder coating. The belt material is 6 mm thick anti-static rubber with a diamond pattern texture for positive material grip. A manual splitter baffle with a locking handle and position scale enables quick repeatable adjustments. The feed system includes a leveling gate to ensure a uniform material layer thickness of 10 to 20 mm across the belt. The discharge section features two collection chutes lined with 3 mm wear-resistant polyurethane to reduce noise and prevent material damage.
