Product Description:

Designed for integration into fully automated WEEE recycling lines this eddy current separator features PLC control with remote monitoring capability. The system communicates via Modbus RTU allowing operators to adjust rotor speed and monitor belt condition from a central control room. Rotor speed range is 1200 to 5200 RPM with automatic adjustment based on material feed rate detected by a upstream sensor. The belt width of 1000 mm processes 4 to 9 tons per hour of shredded electronic waste with particle sizes from 2 mm to 30 mm. A 7.5 kW motor provides power with soft-start capability to reduce mechanical stress. The frame is built from 6 mm stainless steel with a brushed finish and welded internal reinforcements. The belt is 7 mm thick anti-static rubber with a high-friction surface pattern. A pneumatic splitter baffle system with position feedback allows precise cut point control without operator intervention. The magnetic rotor housing includes temperature sensors that trigger an alarm if internal temperatures exceed 80 degrees Celsius.
