CIPP Dry Tube CIPP Felt Inversion Liners For Industrial Pipelines
Description For CIPP Dry Tube CIPP Felt Inversion Liners For Industrial Pipelines:
Typically, the lining material used consists of a fiber-reinforced or braided hose—equipped with an impermeable membrane—that has been impregnated with a thermosetting resin. One end of the resin-impregnated hose is inverted and secured with a clamp at the inlet of the pipe designated for repair. Subsequently, water or air pressure is applied to invert the resin-impregnated inner layer of the flexible liner hose, turning it inside out so that it bonds directly to the inner wall of the existing pipe. Once the flexible liner reaches the terminal point, hot water or steam is immediately introduced into the pipe to cure the resin, thereby forming a rigid lining that adheres tightly to the inner wall of the old pipe and provides effective corrosion resistance and impermeability. Prior to curing, the flexibility of the resin-impregnated hose—combined with the internal pressure—enables it to fill cracks, bridge gaps, and navigate around curved sections. Once the resin has cured, the flexible liner transforms into a new pipe that precisely matches the shape of the original pipe, albeit with a slightly smaller internal diameter.
Application For CIPP Dry Tube CIPP Felt Inversion Liners For Industrial Pipelines:
This repair technology is capable of rehabilitating underground pipelines constructed from a variety of materials—including PVC, cast iron, steel, and concrete. It is applicable to the repair of water supply, sewage, and gas pipelines, as well as industrial pipelines within sectors such as the chemical industry. It is particularly well-suited for urban environments characterized by heavy traffic, high concentrations of surface infrastructure, or significant surface obstructions—situations where conventional open-trench excavation methods are impractical for pipeline repair and renewal. This repair technology offers numerous advantages, including all-weather construction capabilities, a seamless structure, and excellent flow characteristics; it is applicable to the rehabilitation of various pipeline types with diameters ranging from 100 mm to 2000 mm.
Feature For CIPP Dry Tube CIPP Felt Inversion Liners For Industrial Pipelines:
Strict quality control is applied to raw materials, and production standards adhere to German technical specifications and ASTM standards.
The laminated coating layer utilizes a specialized PE or PP formulation, ensuring a wrinkle-free finish, low friction coefficient, and ease of inversion—facilitating long-distance installation operations.
A unique stitching process is employed to ensure superior structural strength at the seam joints.
The sealing and welding of the laminated coating layer are executed using a fully automated thermal sealing process, ensuring stability and reliability while guaranteeing zero leakage, cracking, or delamination.
